Joyful introduction to movement
Designed especially for little ones aged 3 to 5 years. Through music, movement, and imaginative games, children explore the world of gymnastics in a fun, colorful, and engaging environment.
Each session is structured, safe, and fully coach-led — helping children learn to follow instructions while building confidence and independence. Using foam blocks, soft apparatus, and creative obstacle courses, we focus on developing essential gross motor skills like balance, coordination, jumping, rolling, and climbing. This is where movement becomes magical — and where a lifelong love for fitness begins.

Tuesday to Friday:
3:30 - 4:30 PM | 4:30 – 5:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday:
11:00 – 12:00 PM | 4:30 – 5:30 PM
Kids Gymnastics
Recreational & Competitive Pathways
Designed for children aged 5 and above, our Kids Gymnastics program offers the perfect balance of fun, structure, and skill progression. With huge open spaces to move freely and multiple international-standard apparatus to practice on, children get the right environment to grow confidently.
Under the guidance of certified coaches, athletes follow a structured curriculum with clear skill-level progression. We conduct regular skill assessments, in-house tournaments, and performance showcases to build confidence and competitive spirit in a healthy way.
Parents stay involved through regular PTAs and progress updates, ensuring complete transparency in development. With flexibility in batch timings and levels, children can train at a pace that suits their goals — whether recreational fitness or competitive excellence.

Adults Gymnastics
For those who want to experience fitness beyond machines and weights, our Adult Gymnastics program offers a powerful, movement-based training alternative.
Focused on joint strength, mobility, and flexibility, this program blends gymnastics fundamentals with animal flow movements, basic parkour-style drills, and a strong calisthenics vibe. You’ll build real, functional strength — the kind that improves balance, coordination, control, and overall athletic ability.
Whether you’re a beginner or already active, this is your space to move better, feel stronger, and train like an athlete — not just lift like one.
